ISO Audit
Having gained the ISO 9001 accreditation in June 2011, our first internal audit was successfully carried out today with the aid of our ISO consultants, Xpedite.
ISO 9001:2008
ISO 9001:2008 is a quality management standard which is designed to ensure that businesses meet the needs of their customers. In order to reach the high standards required, we had to introduce a quality policy as well as formal systems for monitoring our processes and performance. Once all these were in place, we were inspected by independent assessors, ACS Registrars Ltd, who will re-assess us annually, to ensure that the required quality standards are maintained.
